Current Openings
Vice President
The VP runs back-up for the president and serves in their place if they must be absent. After the president's 2-year term is finished, the VP will automatically become president. Membership Committee liaison (welcoming new members, attending member meetings, and membership committee meetings etc.)
Treasurer
Manages all chapter finances, including monthly expense documentation, processing membership dues (paid quarterly to us from the state board), managing the chapter bank account, and providing financial documents to the state board.
Events Committee Chair
Oversees all work done by Events Committee in relation to member exhibits, the Midstate section of the emerging maker's tent, fundraising, and working as a liaison for external arts organizations/galleries.
Secretary
The secretary is in charge of taking notes at board meetings, and overseeing the Communications Committee's management of newsletter, social media, website, photo/video documentation of meetings, etc.
Communications Committee Chair
Typically this position is filled by the chapter secretary. This chair oversees the social media, website, and other communications handled by the Communications Committee.
